David has owned and operated small to medium businesses for over 40 years!

Over the years, David has excelled in many roles including an inspirational leader, competent manager, great trainer, cool instructional designer and excellent change manager.  He has over 29 years’ experience in operating a multi-site, national RTO business, managing government funding and training, accreditation and ASQA issues, and working in consulting roles with some of Australia’s largest companies in areas including HR, performance management, change management, quality, safety and training, with a clear focus on achieving behavioural change.

He has over 29 years’ experience in operating a multi-site, national Registered Training Organisation (RTO) business, managing government funding and training, accreditation and ASQA issues, and working in consulting roles with some of Australia’s largest companies in areas including HR, performance management, change management, quality, safety and training, with a clear focus on achieving behavioural change.  .

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and has worked throughout Australia, PNG and NZ.

In his role as Lead Mentor, David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has worked throughout Australia, PNG and NZ.

Much of his business activities have been associated with investigating improvements both internally and externally for clients and then developing suitable systems and business programmes to implement these improvements, which includes a range of eLearning solutions.

An example of this was the “Bottom Line Results Programme”, sponsored by the Queensland Department of State Development, and delivered to over 400 small businesses throughout Queensland.  The programme was designed to assist retail business with less than 10 staff to become more competitive – David presented a range of interactive workshops, and conducted over 400 business reviews.

Many say they can design quality training and/or business solutions, but David has a proven track record, of leading a large team, to applying adult learning techniques into instructional situations, to achieve specific training outcomes.  The result is engaging training and business solutions that meet the needs of the organisation and stakeholder, within budget, and to the highest level of quality
