Terms of Use & Conditions

Introduction

Mentor for Hire is all about helping our clients to grow and achieve the goals they desire.

Our Mission is –

To empower people and organisations to achieve their true potential.

But, please read this disclaimer, because the success of any strategy is limited to the commitment of all parties involved:

Please understand some of the results that we share are not typical.  We are not implying you’ll duplicate them (or do anything for that matter).

We have the benefit of practising retail and management for over 40 years.

Unfortunately, the average person who buys any “how to” information gets little to no results.  The main reason is that they fail to ACT!

Any examples we use are training purposes only, and you need to consider your situation, your market and your customers to ensure it is suitable for your situation.

You need to consider any local requirements or legislation before you implement any solutions suggested, to ensure you comply with all legal and statutory requirements.

Your results will vary and depend on many factors …including but not limited to your background, experience, and work ethic.

All business entails risk, as well as massive and consistent effort and action. If you’re not willing to accept that, Mentor for Hire is not right for you.

Fair Use Policy

Summary

Mentor for Hire website is operated on behalf of its the Company and our Clients. To ensure the continued availability of services, Mentor for Hire has a ‘Fair Use Policy’ to make sure services are not subject to misuse.

Excessive Use

Excessive use is a continuing and unreasonably disproportionate use of the service when compared to other users. In the case of Mentor for Hire, use in excess of five times the average usage of the average customer is considered excessive use. Without limiting other factors that may be measured, some examples of the sort of factors that Mentor for Hire considers under this policy include:

  • the number of edits requested, the number of pictures or videos added to training, the number of pages added to units, and/or the number of support calls received.
  • the number of phone calls and/or emails received
  • the number of meetings requested outside the structure of the product and/or service purchased

If Mentor for Hire think data history shows excessive use – Mentor for Hire may refuse Clients and/or Guests request or access to this specific feature or service.

Illegal Use

Should the Mentor for Hire applications or services be used for any illegal purpose – either under the terms of an End User Licence Agreement or as defined by common law, Mentor for Hire reserves the right to suspend access to the service or any other feature immediately, without notice to Clients and/or Guests.
